Your details,
handled with care.

What we collect

When you send a service request through this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), your vehicle, a description of the concern, and the date and time you prefer. If you call or text us, we receive your phone number and what you tell us.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your request, schedule and carry out the service, contact you about it, and keep a record of the work for your service history. We contact you by the method you ask for. We only text you if you choose "Text message" and check the box that says we may; we keep a note of that choice with your request.

Who sees it

Your details go to Master Auto Repair and to the providers that help us run this website and its email, such as our hosting and email delivery services. We do not sell your information. We share it only where the law requires it.

Website statistics and cookies

This website does not use advertising trackers. If privacy-friendly statistics are switched on, they count visits to pages without building a profile of you. The site sets no cookies for marketing. The request form sets one small security cookie (a random code that protects the form from being sent by other websites); it holds nothing about you and ends when you close your browser. If you close an offer or notice message at the top of a page, the site remembers that with one more small cookie (the number of the message, kept for up to 30 days) so it does not show it to you again; it holds nothing about you. The offers on this site are redeemed by contacting the shop; we do not send promotional texts or emails. A map or a video on a page is loaded from Google or YouTube only if you press its button, and not before.

How long we keep it

We keep service requests and service records for as long as we need them to look after your vehicle and to meet our legal and accounting duties.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are allowed to. Contact us using the details below.
